Delivery is via Royal Mail Post Office unless otherwise requested.

Most items will be despatched the same day if ordered before 2pm Monday to Friday, and all items will be dispatched within 5 working days unless otherwise specified, for example, where pre-order of an item in a new collection is available for delivery on a specified date. Our website will state availability date if item is expected back into stock and item will be dispatched 3-5 days after this date

If you require delivery urgently, then please drop our customer services department an email or call us and we’d be happy to help you.

If a requested item is not in stock, please contact us and we’ll be happy to order it. Please be aware that some popular items may sell out so we won’t always be able to fulfil your request.

We charge a standard fee of £0 for postage and packing anywhere in the UK for orders over 1 kilo in weight. We will post to Europe for a standard charge of £25 gbp. All other international deliveries are £35 gbp. Please contact us for any specific international delivery enquiries. All local duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer on any international delivery. We are not able to advise on the likely cost of any international duties. Unless you indicate otherwise, we may reuse packaging to save the environment. All postage charges are non- refundable.

If an item appears to have been damaged in transit, please do not sign for and accept it. Instead, please contact the carrier for a Damage Inspection Report, and request that the package is returned to sender.
